Butterfly Ginger Lemonade

PREP: 10 MINS  // COOK: 10 MINS  //   YIELD: 4-5 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS
8 oz water
3 tbsp dried Butterfly Pea Flowers
0.50 oz @portlandsyrups Ginger Syrup
0.50 oz lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

Boil water then steep flowers for 4 minutes. Remove flowers then pour tea over ice, top with ginger syrup and lemon juice and maybe a lemon wheel garnish and enjoy.


Combine in a tall glass with ice, sip, and enjoy!
