Heat syrup in small saucepan until it just begins to get warm, about 2-3 minutes. Add in the gelatin and stir to combine. The mixture should become thick very quickly, about 1-2 minutes. Once all of the gelatin is dissolved and you have a smooth, thick texture remove it from the heat. Working quickly, fill you gummy molds (ours are from Michael’s Crafts) evenly using either a small spoon or a dropper. Place filled molds in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm. Pop out of mold and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
