Cucumber Ginger Sparkler

The Cucumber Ginger Sparkler delivers a dose of spring directly to your tastebuds. This punchy and refreshing mocktail is perfect for midday sipping and as an afternoon pick-me-up.  



|  2 oz of our Ginger Syrup
|  2 oz of fresh lemon juice
|  1 can or bottle of cucumber-flavored sparkling water
|  1 fresh cucumber, peeled into ribbons
|  Lemon bitters 


|  In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine our Ginger syrup with lemon juice then shake.

|  Put a cucumber ribbon inside a tall glass (along the wall), then add ice and the mixture from the shaker.

|  Top with cucumber sparkling water and a few dashes of lemon bitters.
