Hibiscus-Cardamom Sour

We partnered with our pals @scrappysbitters to create a punchy yet smooth cocktail that blends the fragrant florals of hibiscus with grounding and earthy cardamom. It's a fizzy drink that looks as pretty as it tastes.

|  2 oz Pisco
|  1 oz lime juice
|  1.5 oz @portlandsyrups Hibiscus-Cardamom Syrup
|  Cardamom and Aromatic Bitters from  @scrappysbitters
|  1 egg white

In a cocktail shaker, combine Pisco, lime juice, Hibiscus-Cardamom Syrup, 3 dashes cardamom bitters and 1 egg white.
Shake vigorously for ~20 seconds until foamy, then add a handful of ice cubes and share another 15-20 seconds (until cold).
Pour into a coupe glass, foam and all. 
Dot the top with a few dashes of @scrappysbitters Aromatic Bitters.⁠

Ingredients: water, cane sugar, hibiscus flower, rose hip, whole cardamom, citric acid.
