We partnered with our pals @scrappysbitters to create a punchy yet smooth cocktail that blends the fragrant florals of hibiscus with grounding and earthy cardamom. It's a fizzy drink that looks as pretty as it tastes.

INGREDIENTS
| 2 oz Pisco
DIRECTIONS
| In a cocktail shaker, combine Pisco, lime juice, Hibiscus-Cardamom Syrup, 3 dashes cardamom bitters and 1 egg white.
| Shake vigorously for ~20 seconds until foamy, then add a handful of ice cubes and share another 15-20 seconds (until cold).
| Pour into a coupe glass, foam and all.
| Dot the top with a few dashes of @scrappysbitters Aromatic Bitters.
