PREP: 2 MINS // YIELD: 1 Drink
INGREDIENTS
Combine all rib seasonings in a bowl and whisk together. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs until they’re fully coated. Place the seasoned ribs on a parchment lined sheet pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a 275F oven for 3.5 hours. Once the ribs are almost finished cooking you can make your sauce. Combine all BBQ sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 3-5 minutes so that the flavors can all come together. Once the ribs are fall off the bone tender, turn the oven to broil and while it’s getting hot, slather one side of the ribs with the sauce and broil until you have a light char on them (about 2-3 minutes) then remove the ribs, flip them over, slather the second side in sauce, then broil another 2-3 minutes. Take the ribs out of the oven and allow them to cook for a few minutes then dive in, and prepare to make a mess!
