Painkiller Cocktail

This ode to tropical cocktails blends the depth of our Brown Sugar Simple Syrup with the brightness of flavors like pineapple, orange and coconut. It's basically a vacation in a glass.



PREP: 5 MINS // YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
|  2 oz rum from @NewDealPDX
|  1 oz of our Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
3 oz pineapple juice
|  3 oz orange juice
|  1 oz cream of coconut
|  Sparkling water
|  Pineapple slice and nutmeg to garnish

DIRECTIONS
|  In a shaker with ice, combine rum, pineapple juice, OJ, cream of coconut, and our Brown Sugar Simple Syrup.⁠
|  Shake for ~20 seconds, then pour into a glass with ice.⁠
|  Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.⁠
