Ginger is a versatile flavor and pairs well with a variety of spirits. This recipe is a twist on the classic whiskey-ginger with some extra heat from our Spicy Ginger syrup. We combined it with Bull Run Distillery's Straight Bourbon Whiskey which has a soft opening with warm vanilla notes and a finish that’s all silk and honey. It's a wonderful match. INGREDIENTS
| 2 oz Bull Run Straight Bourbon Whiskey
| 4 oz sparkling water
| 1 lime wedge
DIRECTIONS
| Fill a tall glass (or copper mug) with ice
| Add Whisky, whiskey or bourbon first
| Splash in one ounce of spicy ginger syrup
| Top with sparkling water
| Garnish with lime wedge
