Tropical Spark Open Can Mocktail

PREP: 4 MINS // YIELD: 1 OPEN CAN MOCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 oz Portland Syrups Yuzu Syrup
  • 1 open can of Spindrift Mango Orange sparkling water (or any tropical fruit flavor seltzer will do!)
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • Orange or pineapple wedge for garnish
DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove the top of a can of sparkling water using a can opener like this one.
  2. Carefully pour 1 oz Yuzu Syrup into your can of sparkling water (you may need to dump a little water out to make enough room).
  3. Add a splash of coconut cream directly to the can for a tropical twist.
  4. Add your garnish and enjoy!
