Root Beer Root Veggies:
Need a new trick to get your kids to eat their veggies? Tell them they’re covered in root beer! With this recipe, you won’t even have to lie.

INGREDIENTS
| salt & pepper to taste
| 1/4 c @portlandsyrups Root Beer Syrup
| 1/2 tsp garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
Place veggies in a single layer on a greased sheet pan. Once all veggies are on the pan, give them a quick spray with your favorite oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together. Pour syrup mixture over the veggies and bake at 400F for 20 min. After 20 min, flip the veggies and broil on the top rack for 2-3 min (make sure to keep a close eye to avoid burning them).
