INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Portland Syrups Grapefruit Tonic
- 4-6 oz sparkling water
- Ice
- Grapefruit wedge or twist, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in roughly 1 oz of our Grapefruit Tonic.
- Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
