Aquafaba Tequila Sour
Aquafaba (the liquid from a can of chickpeas) stands in place of an egg white but builds the same silky head. Our Mojito Syrup means you don’t have to muddle — so you can put all your energy into that dry shake.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Mojito Syrup
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 2 oz triple sec
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker without ice. Dry-shake hard for 15 seconds to build the foam.
- Add ice and shake hard for another 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
