Banana Foster Cocktail

Bringing classic dessert flavors to happy hour, this tropical cocktail feels like an absolute treat. We shake our Banana Bread Syrup with dark rum and coconut cream to capture those caramelized notes. For a refreshing twist, blend everything with ice for a frosty version with a daiquiri vibe.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz dark rum (like Gosling's or Myers's)
  • ½ oz coconut rum (like Malibu)
  • ½ oz Banana Bread Syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz coconut cream or coconut milk
  • ice
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add both rums, syrup, lime juice, and coconut cream or coconut milk to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or straight into a coupe.
  4. Dust with cinnamon for garnish.
