Sarsaparilla and vanilla from our Genuine Root Beer Syrup round out the sharp herbal notes of gin and Fernet for a highball with character.

Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- ¾ oz Genuine Root Beer Syrup
- ½ oz Fernet
- ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
- 3 dashes sage bitters
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir for 20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
