Ginger Turmeric Golden Milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice (we used a full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk)
- 1 oz Ginger syrup 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 big pinch each of black pepper, ground cardamom and ground cinnamon
- 1 star anise (optional)
- 1/4 tsp raw honeyÂ
Instructions
- Whisk together and simmer all ingredients (except honey) in a pot over medium heat for 10 minutes (not a boil).
- Remove from heat and add honey.
- Blend by hand or in a high-speed blender for a frothier drink.
