Hibiscus Grapefruit Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz gin
  • 1 oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • ¾ oz egg white (about 1 egg white)
  • ½ oz simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry-shake for 15 seconds to build the foam.
  2. Add ice and shake hard for another 15 seconds.
  3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
