Hibiscus Grapefruit Fizz

This refreshing cocktail is light and airy with a citrusy punch and features our pals at Freeland Spirits!

|  1 1/2 oz @freelandspirits gin
|  3/4 oz grapefruit juice
|  3/4 oz egg whites
|  1 oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
|  1/2 oz simple syrup
|  Top with soda water


Combine all ingredients minus the soda and dry shake (no ice) for a minute. Then shake with ice. Pour into a tall bar glass then let sit until egg rises to the top. Finish with a generous splash of soda and enjoy!

Ingredients: water, cane sugar, hibiscus flower, rose hip, whole cardamom, citric acid.
