Hibiscus Grapefruit Fizz

Ingredients
- 1½ oz gin
- 1 oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
- ¾ oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz egg white (about 1 egg white)
- ½ oz simple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry-shake for 15 seconds to build the foam.
- Add ice and shake hard for another 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
