Root Beer Milkshake
A homemade root beer float, blended. Our Root Beer Syrup carries the sarsaparilla-and-vanilla flavor a store-bought float can’t match; two scoops of vanilla ice cream and a splash of club soda finish it.

Ingredients
- 4 oz club soda
- 1½ oz Root Beer Syrup
- 2 scoops (about 1½ cups) vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- Combine the club soda, Root Beer Syrup, and ice cream in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add more ice cream for a thicker shake or more club soda for a thinner one.
- Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream, and serve immediately.
