INGREDIENTS
2 oz vodka
0.5 oz Portland Syrups Peppermint Syrup
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Ice
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Add the vodka, Portland Syrups Peppermint Syrup, and dry vermouth to the glass.
  3. Stir well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
