INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Portland Syrups Premium Tonic Concentrate
- 6 oz plain sparkling water
- Ice
- Citrus wheel, for garnish
- 2-3 green olives, for garnish
- (Optional: 1.5 oz gin for a spirited version)
DIRECTIONS
