INGREDIENTS
| 1 oz of our Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup
| 1.5 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
| 1 oz lime juice
| Lemon peel to garnish
DIRECTIONS
| Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
| Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel. For added aroma, spritz the lemon peel over cocktail before garnishing.
