Banana Warm Milk

This caffeine-free bedtime drink is a kid-friendly treat that tastes just like a bakery snack. Swirl our Banana Bread Syrup into the milk with a pinch of salt to highlight those toasted notes. Top it with mini marshmallows for a fun bonus, or use oat milk for a dairy-free version.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whole milk or oat milk
  • 1 oz Banana Bread Syrup
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tiny pinch of salt
  • 2 mini marshmallows or whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil — heat until steaming and just starting to bubble at the edges.
  2. Remove from heat. Whisk syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Pour into a mug. Top with 2 mini marshmallows or whipped cream if using.
