Ingredients

  • 1 oz Premium Tonic Concentrate
  • 1 oz Freeland Spirits Gin, Aria Gin, or Eastside Distilling Potato Vodka
  • 4 oz plain sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Lemon wedge, for garnish
  • Sprig of fresh thyme, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  2. Add the Premium Tonic Concentrate and your choice of spirit.
  3. Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of fresh thyme. Serve.
