Piña Colada, But Make It Purple

Ingredients
- 2 oz rum
- 1 oz Ube Syrup
- ¾ oz pineapple juice
- 1½ oz coconut cream
- Pebble ice, to fill
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the rum, Ube Syrup, pineapple juice, and coconut cream in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a large goblet or tiki glass filled with pebble ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
