Sooo GOOD!!

I went through my first bottle of the Yuzu so fast that I had to repurchase a second bottle. I am so glad I was able to get another bottle before they were out of stock. The yuzu syrup was so delicious and refreshing when mixed with sparkling water. Next time I will have to purchase a few bottles at a time.

Bomb flavor

What a delicious flavor- not overly sweet or tart just a refreshing addition to a cocktail, club soda or ice tea. Great addition to summer drinks and thirst quenching.

One Of My Favorites

Having tried a few of the syrups here, I’ve realized I am a huge fan of the citrus syrups. The yuzu is so fresh and bright and one I could drink on its own. It’s has a little more carbs than I would like but delicious nonetheless. Will buy again.

Shiso Naughty

RA Restaurant makes this “martini” with pineapple vodka, x-rated liquor, yuzu syrup and Shiso leaves. We now can replicate at home. Absolutely delicious!

Great Syrup

Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 cause yuzu is such a delicate flavor that it gets drowned out in stronger flavored drinks, but I used it in Citadelle D'Ete gin and it adds a nice extra citrus component to the drink

Tasty

I've never tried Yuzu before, so I didn't know what to expect. It's an interesting citrus flavor. (seems like a mix of a few citrus in it's taste) I'm going to try a daiquiri with it at some point! Though...since it's a syrup already, would I still need lime juice? This is sweet and sour at the same time!

It is amazingly bright

Purchased the Yuzu Syrup for a few cocktails I had in mind. Opened it and citrus smell is bright and refreshing. I tried it with orange bitters and some bourbon in an Old Fashion and OMG it was fantastic. Maybe one of the best Old Fashions I've ever made.

Yummy Yuzu!

This flavor is delicious: citrusy and fresh. I have been trying to recreate some Japanese condiments that are no longer available where I live, and this Yuzu Syrup is just what I was looking for.

My family really loves all the products we purchase from Portland Syrups. Especially fond of the cola, yuzu and the rose tonic! Makes delicious gin and tonics.

Delicious tasting syrup

After reading reviews about Yuzu syrup, I gave it a try. A lot of reviewers described it as a grapefruit taste. I would say that it does have a slight grapefruit taste, but to me, it has far more of a tangerine taste. It's not overly sweet, & mixed well with lemon-lime soda & bourbon, to make a great cocktail. It would probably make a great whiskey sour as well.

Very high quality ingredients, thick and dense - not just sugar-dense, but flavor-dense as well. Holds up great in cocktails. I love it.

I use it in my daily water bottle. A splash for 30 oz is delicious and makes me want to keep drinking it

Complex and natural yuzu flavour

This tastes like high quality yuzu not an artificial cloying flavour. I love it mixed in a cocktail or just a splash with sparkling water.

Best citrus I didn't know existed

I tried the new Yuzu syrup on the strength of it's launch description, and of course on my well established love of all things Portland Syrup, but it was even better than advertised. I felt like an idiot not having ever heard of the fruit itself (thanks Portland!) but felt a little better when a friend commented that it's more of a fancy-dessert foodie thing. Anyway, now it's my new favorite fancy-citrus in seltzer and cocktails, occasionally even edging out the great Meyer Lemon. With the Citrus Passion and Strawberry Lime still out there tempting me I'll have to double my subscription at this rate, just to do Citrus Six Pack alone!

This is my favorite

I really like this syrup. Its simple and perfect. I can get a great tasting cocktail in seconds....just using the recipe on the label... gin, syrup, soda.

Will buy again!
