Subscription FAQs

Subscriptions:

  • How do I pause, skip, cancel or restart my subscription?
    • Click HERE to log-in and click on 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' at the top of the account page to make changes to your subscription.
    • **Note that you won't be able to cancel your subscription before you receive two (2) shipments.
  • How do I make changes or updates to my subscription order or frequency?
    • Login to your account and you'll be able to swap out flavors, change the frequency or easily skip the next shipment. 
  • How long will my subscription last?
    • Subscriptions are ongoing and will run until cancelled. 
  • Can I set up multiple subscriptions?
    • Yes, you can have multiple subscriptions to one address or different addresses.
  • Can I add another product on top of my subscription order?
    • Yes, you can check out with a subscription bundle and other products in your cart at the same time as long as all items are shipping to the same address.
  • How can I set up a subscription to ship to a friend?
    • Add the subscription bundle of your choice to your cart. At check-out, enter your billing details and your friend or family member's shipping details. This way, you'll get billed for the recurring order and your friend/family member will receive the shipments.

Payment:

  • When will I be billed for my subscription order?
    • On the day you check-out, and that same date moving forward depending on the shipment frequency you select.
  • Can I use a Gift Card or Promo Code on my subscription order?
    • Yes, you can apply a gift card and/or promo code at check-out.
  • How do I add or update my subscription payment method?
    • You are able to add or change a payment method in your account.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • When will my subscription ship?
    • Your subscription will ship the following business day after the order was placed, and on this date moving forward depending on your order frequency.
  • How do I update my shipping address?
    • Click HERE to log-in and click on 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' at the top of the account page. 
  • I canceled my subscription, why did I still receive a shipment?
    • You shouldn't receive any shipments after you cancel your subscription, unless you cancel while your order is already being shipped and/or fulfilled. If this happens, please contact us at sales@portlandsoda.com.
