Dirty Coffee Soda Root Beer Float
All the nostalgia of a root beer float, ratcheted up with espresso. Our Genuine Root Beer Syrup brings the sarsaparilla, clove, and molasses that make a real root beer; a vanilla cold foam stands in for the scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 oz Root Beer Syrup
- 4 oz sparkling water
- 1 oz Vanilla Syrup
- 2 oz milk
- Ice
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add the Root Beer Syrup and sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.
- Pour the espresso shots over the top.
- Make the vanilla cold foam: combine 2 oz milk and 1 oz Vanilla Syrup in a frother or jar and froth until thick and creamy.
- Finish by spooning the vanilla cold foam over the top.
