  1. Combine the mezcal, Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup, Cocchi Rosa, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Express the orange peel oil over the glass and rub the peel along the rim.
  4. Drop the peel in and serve.
