Ingredients
- 2 oz mezcal
- ¾ oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
- ½ oz Cocchi Rosa
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 orange peel
Instructions
- Combine the mezcal, Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup, Cocchi Rosa, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Express the orange peel oil over the glass and rub the peel along the rim.
- Drop the peel in and serve.
