Hibiscus Sangria
Backyard-party sangria with a Portland twist. Our Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup brings floral depth where the sugar usually goes — tart, lightly spiced, the kind you make a pitcher of and watch it disappear.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
- 2 apples, sliced or chopped
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 (750ml) bottle light red wine
Instructions
- Combine the orange and lemon slices, lemon juice, apples, cinnamon, sugar, and Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup in a large pitcher.
- Pour in the red wine and stir gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Serve over ice with a spoonful of macerated fruit in each glass.
