Mezcal Sunset
Smoky, spicy, and lightly effervescent — a margarita alternative for anyone who finds the original too sweet. The grenadine sinks to the bottom and gives the drink its sunset gradient. Swap the mezcal for tequila if the smoke isn’t your thing.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz mezcal (or blanco tequila)
- 1 oz Mango Habanero
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Grenadine, for a float
- Ice
Instructions
- Pour the Mango Habanero Syrup and mezcal into a tall glass and stir.
- Fill with ice.
- Add the sparkling water, then gently pour in the grenadine over the back of a spoon so it sinks to the bottom and creates the sunset effect.
- Serve.
