Rose Champagne Sparkler

Two teaspoons of our Rose Cordial Syrup turn a glass of Brut Champagne into a Valentine’s Day cocktail. A grapefruit twist and a few rose petals for the finish.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Brut Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 tsp Rose Cordial Syrup
  • 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish
  • Rose petals, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the Rose Cordial Syrup into a chilled champagne flute.
  2. Top with the Brut Champagne and stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with the grapefruit twist and rose petals. Serve.
