Spicy Ginger Salmon: A 20-Minute Weeknight Dinner
A one-pan dinner that goes from marinade to plate in about 20 minutes. A short soak in Spicy Ginger Syrup, soy sauce, and garlic powder is all the salmon needs.

Ingredients
- ⅓ lb salmon filet
- 1 oz Spicy Ginger Syrup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Broccolini or other veggies, to serve
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Whisk the Spicy Ginger Syrup, soy sauce, and garlic powder together. Add the salmon and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Place the salmon on a parchment-lined sheet pan and surround with veggies drizzled in olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Broil on high on the middle rack for about 8 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
