Spicy Ginger Salmon: A 20-Minute Weeknight Dinner

A one-pan dinner that goes from marinade to plate in about 20 minutes. A short soak in Spicy Ginger Syrup, soy sauce, and garlic powder is all the salmon needs.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ lb salmon filet
  • 1 oz Spicy Ginger Syrup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Broccolini or other veggies, to serve
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk the Spicy Ginger Syrup, soy sauce, and garlic powder together. Add the salmon and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Place the salmon on a parchment-lined sheet pan and surround with veggies drizzled in olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. Broil on high on the middle rack for about 8 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
