Spicy Ginger Apple Cider Mule
Combining our popular Ginger Syrup with vodka, apple cider and fresh lime juice for this autumn version, this is the best twist on a Moscow Mule that we've ever had!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz vodka (optional)
- 1 oz Portland Syrups Ginger Syrup
- 3 oz apple cider
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Apple slices and cinnamon stick for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Fill a copper mug or glass with ice.Add vodka, Portland Syrups Ginger Syrup, apple cider, and fresh lime juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
