Jack Hibiscus
A twist on the Jack Rose with our Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup standing in for grenadine. Topped with Union Wine Company Radler — tart, floral, just a little fizzy.

Ingredients
- ¾ oz Laird’s Applejack brandy
- ½ oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
- 1 oz Union Wine Company Radler
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine the applejack, Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Top with the Radler and serve.
