A twist on the Jack Rose with our Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup standing in for grenadine. Topped with Union Wine Company Radler — tart, floral, just a little fizzy.

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Laird’s Applejack brandy
  • ½ oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
  • 1 oz Union Wine Company Radler
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the applejack, Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Top with the Radler and serve.
