Blushing Gin Fizz
A bright, playful cocktail that pairs botanical gin with our Raspberry Rhubarb Syrup, letting the juicy-earthy combination shine. Dry shaking builds a frothy, creamy texture — just add the soda slowly so the foam holds.

Ingredients
- 2 oz dry gin
- 1 oz Raspberry Rhubarb Syrup
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white (or 1 oz aquafaba for a vegan version)
- Soda water, to top
Instructions
- Add the gin, Raspberry Rhubarb Syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker without ice. Dry-shake hard for 20 seconds to build the foam.
- Add ice and shake again until cold.
- Strain into a tall glass and slowly top with soda water to create a thick, pillowy foam head. Serve.
