Blushing Gin Fizz

A bright, playful cocktail that pairs botanical gin with our Raspberry Rhubarb Syrup, letting the juicy-earthy combination shine. Dry shaking builds a frothy, creamy texture — just add the soda slowly so the foam holds.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz Raspberry Rhubarb Syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (or 1 oz aquafaba for a vegan version)
  • Soda water, to top

Instructions

  1. Add the gin, Raspberry Rhubarb Syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker without ice. Dry-shake hard for 20 seconds to build the foam.
  2. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  3. Strain into a tall glass and slowly top with soda water to create a thick, pillowy foam head. Serve.
