Daiquiri de pasión cítrica

Tangy, tropical, and bracingly bright. Our Passion Fruit Citrus Syrup gives a silver rum daiquiri a fruit-and-acid spine — no blender, no muddler, no fuss.

Gin tonic de limoncillo

A little prep goes a long way. Gin infused with lemongrass and lime zest, sweetened with our Rose City Tonic Concentrate makes for a G&T upgrade you’ll keep coming back to. Serves four. From our friends at Freeland Spirits.

Hibisco Cardamomo Shirley Temple

The Shirley Temple, updated. Our Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup stands in for the grenadine with a deep, rich red and a similar sweet-tart flavor. Fresh citrus instead of lemon-lime soda makes for a less sweet version with a little more bite.

Fideos ramen de pollo dulces y picantes

A weeknight-friendly ramen bowl with chicken thighs in a mango-habanero-soy glaze and diced fresh mango stirred through at the end. Twenty-five minutes start to finish if you let the chicken marinate while you prep everything else.

Trópico caliente

Sweet fruit up front, slow chili burn at the end. Our Mango Habanero Syrup rounds out the fresh citrus, and a couple dashes of bitters make it interesting.

mango de medianoche

Not another sweet mocktail. Our Mango Habanero Syrup gives this drink dinner-party weight — slow-building heat, layered complexity, the kind of thing you sip through instead of gulp.

Costillitas BBQ Marionberry

Baby back ribs get a Pacific Northwest twist with a Marionberry Syrup BBQ sauce. The ribs bake low and slow in the oven, then finish under the broiler with a couple of coats of sauce for that lacquered exterior.

Limonada de moras marionetas

A two-minute lemonade with the sharp-and-sweet edge that plain lemonade misses. Our Marionberry Syrup brings dark berry depth; the lemon juice keeps it bright.

Granizado de sandía, jengibre y menta

The frozen watermelon drink you build a pool day around. Six servings from one blender, plenty of Ginger Syrup and fresh mint to make it grown-up. Vodka or rum optional; scale to how much sun you’re getting.

Tocino Confitado Chai

Bacon soaked in Bright Chai Syrup, dredged in spiced brown sugar, and baked crisp on a wire rack. Best planned around brunch since it needs two hours of marinating time, but hands-on effort is minimal.

El negro y el marrón

A beer cocktail that drinks like a grown-up root beer float. Our Genuine Root Beer Syrup goes into soda water; an oatmeal stout floats on top, dark and creamy. Three ingredients flat.

Tónica Borbón

A bourbon and tonic, except the sweetener is our Rose Cordial Syrup. The rose softens the bourbon’s heat without competing; sparkling water keeps it long. From our friends at Freeland Spirits.
