Corazones de conversación

A light bourbon cocktail for a long porch evening. Our Rose Cordial Syrup softens the bourbon; fresh grapefruit keeps the edge. Three ingredients, no shaker tricks. From our friends at Freeland Spirits.

Fizz de hibisco y pomelo

Frothy, tart, and pink. Egg white gives the gin sour its silk; our Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup gives it depth and color; fresh grapefruit keeps the edge. From our friends at Freeland Spirits.

Tarde de piri piri

A short tequila cocktail with a slow burn. Our Rose City Tonic’s cinchona bitterness anchors peach cordial and citrus liqueur; a few drops of piri piri spice add the heat. From Keep It Crafted, who built this one for a summer New York afternoon.

La escultura de la rosa

A tiki-style showpiece that earns its garnish. Rose Cordial Syrup, Armagnac, white rum, blueberry cordial, and Meyer lemon — floral, fruity, layered, and finished with a lavender stick and a lemon twist trapped in crushed ice. Created by Manni Sobalverro at Dear Irving, NYC.

Caballo Dorado Cocktail

Yellow melon, blanco tequila, and ginger heat over crushed ice. Our Spicy Ginger Syrup tucks under the melon’s sweetness; Scrappy’s Firewater bitters land it. A Robin original from Keep It Crafted.

Flecha manchada

Resinous, warm, a little unusual. Our Spicy Ginger Syrup sits low under stone pine liqueur and Burlesque bitters — a stirred tequila cocktail for the slow part of the evening. Another Keep It Crafted original.

Mejillas sonrosadas

Roses meet agave. Our Rose Cordial Syrup brings floral lift and a kiss of tartness from rose hip; blanco tequila and lime keep it bright. Topped with sparkling water for a long pour — developed with Lucas Wilde at Vida Verde, NYC.

Cerveza de raíz "Nueva York" Manhattan

A Manhattan with the lights turned down. Our Genuine Root Beer Syrup brings sarsaparilla, anise, and vanilla into the bourbon-and-vermouth frame; coffee-and-cocoa bitters seal it. Developed at Keep It Crafted, NYC.

Mezcal de Hibisco

Hibiscus is a natural partner for mezcal, and our Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup brings floral lift and warm spice to this short, shaken cocktail. Cocchi Rosa — a bittersweet Italian fortified wine — anchors the drink with depth; the lime keeps it bright and the orange oil ties it together.

Zarzaparrilla a la antigua usanza

A take on the classic Old Fashioned built around our Root Beer Syrup. The sarsaparilla, anise, and real vanilla bring velvety notes to bourbon that simple syrup never could.

Jengibre y whisky picante

Bourbon and ginger heat — the kind of pairing that gets better the colder it gets. Our Spicy Ginger Syrup gives a good bourbon a low burn against its vanilla notes.

Mula de Portland

The Moscow Mule, rebuilt with fresh ginger heat in place of bottled ginger beer. Our Spicy Ginger Syrup brings habanero-and-serrano warmth to this classic combo.
