Recipes and Uses

Root Beer Manhattan

A Manhattan with the lights turned down. Our Genuine Root Beer Syrup brings sarsaparilla, anise, and vanilla into the bourbon-and-vermouth frame; coffee-and-cocoa bitters seal it. Developed at Keep It Crafted, NYC.

Chai on Ice

Chai doesn’t have to be a winter drink. Our Bright Chai Syrup leans lighter than most — cardamom and ginger without the heaviness — so it works iced. Splash of milk to finish it off.

Hibiscus Mezcal: Smoky Meets Floral

Hibiscus is a natural partner for mezcal, and our Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup brings floral lift and warm spice to this short, shaken cocktail. Cocchi Rosa — a bittersweet Italian fortified wine — anchors the drink with depth; the lime keeps it bright and the orange oil ties it together.

Spicy Ginger Ale

The ginger ale you grew up with, but every ingredient is real. Choose our Ginger Syrup for a warming kick, or Spicy Ginger Syrup if you want the chili heat too.

Sarsaparilla Old Fashioned

A take on the classic Old Fashioned built around our Root Beer Syrup. The sarsaparilla, anise, and real vanilla bring velvety notes to bourbon that simple syrup never could.

Spicy Whiskey Ginger: A Highball With Heat

Bourbon and ginger heat — the kind of pairing that gets better the colder it gets. Our Spicy Ginger Syrup gives a good bourbon a low burn against its vanilla notes.

Summer Rose Mocktail

A two-ingredient patio drink. Our Rose Cordial Syrup brings floral sweetness with a hint of tart rose hip; sparkling water and whatever citrus is on the counter do the rest.

Portland Mule

The Moscow Mule, rebuilt with fresh ginger heat in place of bottled ginger beer. Our Spicy Ginger Syrup brings habanero-and-serrano warmth to this classic combo.
